We collect flight number and arrival information for airport transfers. Payment details are processed entirely by Stripe and never stored by Trouv. We also collect corporate account and invoicing details where applicable.
We do not collect any data beyond what is necessary to provide your Transportation Service.
3. How Your Information Is Used
Your personal data is used exclusively to confirm and fulfil your booking, keep you informed about your journey, track flight arrivals for airport collection services, issue receipts, invoices and booking confirmations, and manage ongoing corporate account relationships.
We do not use your data for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

We take the security of your personal information seriously. All data is stored securely with access restricted to authorised Trouv personnel only. Payment transactions are handled entirely by Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment provider.
